Rules and Restrictions
In order to keep our condo a pleasant environment for the owners, future guests and others staying in our condo complex we ask all users to adhere to the following restrictions:
- No smoking.
- Maximum of 6 guests (including children) per stay.
- Maximum of 1 car in the condo complex parking lot.
- Additional cars need to be parked on the street.
- Respect the neighbors by keeping music and TVs at a reasonable volume.
