$150 per night ($168 including tax) in the sun (April 16th-October).
$250 per night ($280 including tax) in the snow (November-April 15th).
Deposit $500, returned after check out and clean inspection.
Cleaning $90, performed after check out.
12% tax is added (see above) to the rental fee.

July 7, 2020 - July 13, 2020 (American Century Championship)
September 4, 2020 - September 13, 2020 (Labor Day Weekend)
November 23, 2020 - November 29, 2020 (Thanksgiving)
December 19, 2020 - January 3, 2021 (Holidays & New Year)
January 16, 2021 - January 24, 2021 (MLK day)
February 13, 2021 - February 21, 2021 (President's Day / Ski Week)

Airbnb result in a 3% surcharge (Airbnb also charges guests 6-12% per booking)
Streamlined booking experience
VRBO result in a 10% surcharge across all fees
Less streamlined than Airbnb.
Flipkey / Tripadvisor result in a 3% surcharge (Flipkey also charges guests 5-10%)
Cheapest convenient option but they don't allow bookings within two days of the reservation date and their messaging system is awful.
